IMPORTANT NOTE ON FRAGRANCE SHIPPING
Please be advised that fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as “Sensitive Goods” or “Hazardous Materials” under international aviation safety regulations. To ensure your order reaches you safely, we must use specialized logistics channels and certified carriers. This may result in slightly longer transit times compared to non-liquid goods. We appreciate your patience and understanding in prioritizing safety and compliance.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Flat Rate Shipping: A standard shipping fee of $5.00 USD applies to all orders under $100.00 USD.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00 USD.
- Promotional Note: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on specific promotional items or during special events. Please refer to the product page for details.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Due to the specialized nature of fragrance logistics, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Southeast Asia: 7 – 15 business days.
- Other Accessible Regions: 10 – 25 business days.
- Please note: These are estimates. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, or extreme weather conditions.
4. Shipping Destinations
- Currently, we primarily focus on shipping to Southeast Asia.
- Due to strict international regulations on the transport of liquids, shipping to certain regions (including parts of Europe and North America) may be temporarily restricted. If we are unable to ship to your specific location, we will contact you immediately and provide a full refund.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU)
- All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- Midnite Star is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged (leaking or broken glass), please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.
- We are not responsible for orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
