At Midnite Star, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our Eastern fragrances. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
1. Order Cancellation
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a standard return process.
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched from our facility, whichever comes first.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, untested, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all protective cellophane (plastic wrap), seals, and tags fully intact. (Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrances that have been opened or sprayed).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special clearance events.
- Gift cards.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Midnite Star Responsibility (Damaged or Incorrect Items): If the product arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or selected the wrong fragrance, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without contacting us first.
- Email our support team at info@midnitestar.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Form and the exact return shipping address.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit during a return.
6. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Please note: Depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to officially post to your account.
7. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival
Perfumes are fragile. If your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass, leaking bottle), you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the external shipping box. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately upon verification.
